The Oko Centre for the Arts is seeking a Manager to oversee operations, programs, and strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to contribute to one of Bengaluru’s most respected cultural institutions.
Responsibilities

Coordinate exhibitions, events, workshops, and residencies.

Collaborate with artists, curators, educators, and partner institutions.

Manage budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and communications.

Lead audience engagement, outreach, and promotional efforts.

Support fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.

Supervise interns, volunteers, and staff.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Arts Management, Cultural Studies, Fine Arts, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in arts administration or cultural programming.

Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
-
Passion for the arts and commitment to cultural development.
